Our Occupational Road Risk Consultancy looks at the company’s fleet operations, assists in auditing & assessing their drivers so that their on-road practice and health & safety policies are up to date with current and new legislation; such as the new Health & Safety (Offences) Act 2008 and the Corporate Manslaughter & Corporate Homicide Act 2007.

Eco-Safe driving is a short course educating the driver in ‘safe pro-active economical driving’. On average saving 20% of the cost of your fuel, reduced vehicle wear & tear and maintenance costs, reduced chances of collisions and reduced insurance premiums.

Our Minibus tutors hold full PCV licences & comply with the government’s new legislation announced in June 2009. We carry out driver assessments, operations compliance consultancy as well as full driving licence courses (category D1) including minibus towing (category D1+E).

Driver-ed works with major brands throughout the UK, but primarily delivers its services throughout the North West & Yorkshire. We also work with other larger training providers delivering services to their clients.

All our trainers here at driver-ed are Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency approved driving instructors, they are all on the register of Fleet trainers, they are all Disclosure and Barring Service DBS checked (Disclosure and Barring Service previously CRB).
